1. Booking & Payment
- All bookings are subject to room availability and confirmation.
- Full or partial payment may be required at the time of reservation.
- Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and secure online payment gateways.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 7 days before the arrival date are fully refundable.
- Cancellations within 7 days or no-shows will incur a one-night retention charge.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
4. Guest Conduct
Guests are requested to maintain decorum and respect hotel property, staff, and fellow guests. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or cancel bookings in case of misconduct.
5. Liability
The hotel is not responsible for loss of valuables, accidents, or damages during your stay unless caused by proven negligence. A safe deposit facility is available at the front desk.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Udaipur, Rajasthan.
